If you’ve never hired a photographer before, you’re probably wondering how the heck this works...
Here is some of the most common questions I get asked!
What are we getting when we book you?
As far as photos & products, once you inquire, I will send you all of my packages that explain in detail what you get for each tier of what you pay. At minimum, regardless of what package you book with me, you will get an online gallery full of high-resolution digital photos that you can download. (yep, you can download every photo at no extra charge, full resolution, with no weird watermark on it) Once you download the photos, you can have them on your phone to post, put them on a USB thumb drive to take to be developed how you’d like, etc. You can also send this link to anyone you’d like & they can do the same thing with the photos as well. The amount of photos, hours of coverage & physical products you get from me aside from the online gallery, just varies by package.
Aside from photos, when you book me, you get someone who will help you plan out your day & ensure all the details are aligned so that you get a final outcome that you will love & feel at ease with!
Your prices are a bit out of our budget but we REALLY want to book you, do you offer payment plans or discounts?
For your wedding, every package requires a $500 deposit in order to save your date & get you on the books. After that, the remaining amount is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. If you would like payment plans, we can set up smaller payments throughout the year that lead up to the entire amount, up until your wedding date. I understand there are budgets & money doesn’t grow on trees & I want to make sure the investment works the best for you!

Do you have travel fees?
I do! Travel fees will just depend on where you’re going & what you’re booking. My standard travel fee is $1/mile after the first 30+ miles outside of Orinda, CA.
For an example: Half Moon Bay is 50 miles from Orinda, so the travel fee would be $40. (20 miles there & 20 miles back)
This applies to both sessions & weddings.
The one exception to the travel fee is Destination Weddings and my Wanderlust Session where the travel fee is included in the price.
When will we get our photos?
For regular sessions, you will get your online gallery within 2 weeks of the session date.
For weddings, you will get your online gallery within 6 weeks of the wedding date. Then, you will receive your other physical products in the mail within 4 weeks after the online gallery delivery.
